We're doing it again this year and hope you're making plans for our December 9th overnight event to Virginia Beach. If you've been before, I know you had a good time! If you've never come, why not? This event offers you a scenic caravan, great dinner at Rudees, a chance to drive on the boardwalk to view the holiday lights, a party with friends (cards, games & music), a polar bear dip in the December ocean, an ocean view hotel room at the Country Inn & Suites and complimentary breakfast before heading home Sunday morning. Then, you have the rest of the month for your Christmas shopping!
Details: Like past year, we will meet at 11:30 a.m. at the Dairy Queen at Route 5 & 295 (3275 New Market Road) and depart at noon. JR & Linda Walker will lead our caravan by way of scenic back roads. Please make your own hotel reservations 1-757-437-9100 (Country Inn & Suites at 1801 Atlantic Avenue). The hotel has good, covered parking and if you’ve put your Vette away for the winter, come in your OTC (other than Corvette). We have an indoor pool, so bring your suits!
Please pack your Santa hats, nametags, club radios, a cooler with your beverage of choice for after dinner fun in the hotel's party room and bring along some munchies to share. Please give me your song suggestions for the after party and Dave will buy them from ITunes so you'll get to hear what you'd like during our party.

Susan & Bill Hardy have generously invited us to their Suffolk home for a pit stop again this year before we continue to Virginia Beach.
